Still Beating
What you can count on from the tag on your print. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Every print’s page at relivethis.com stays live for at least ten years from the date of purchase, at no extra cost. We intend to keep it up far longer than that; ten years is the floor we commit to in writing.
For prints you want to outlast any deadline, Forever hosting keeps the page live for as long as Still Beating LLC, or a successor that takes over its pages, operates. It is backed by three things:
Forever hosting can be added when the print is ordered or any time later from the print’s page. It is included at no charge on every Still Here memorial print.
The tag and QR code on your print point to a short address we own (relivethis.com/p/your-code). If we ever move where the video is stored, that address keeps working. You never need a new print or a new tag.
Videos stream from our own storage; a few early concert pages stream through YouTube. We keep the original full-resolution file in two separate backups. If a video host ever removes or changes a video, we re-host it from our own copy and your address keeps working.
If Still Beating winds down, we give every customer on file at least 12 months’ notice and a direct download of their video. Within the ten-year floor, we also keep the pages running on a prepaid plan through the end of the commitment or hand them to a custodian who will. Forever pages go to the custodian described above. Keep your purchase email so we can reach you.
You can ask for a download of your clip at any time by emailing memories@stillbeating.app with your print code. It’s yours to keep.
Print pages are not listed or searchable; only someone with the tag, the QR code or the address can open them. We don’t collect anything when you scan beyond the ordinary server logs needed to run the site. There are no accounts and no tracking cookies on relivethis.com.
Artists, venues and people shown in the footage can ask us to take a clip down. If that happens, the print page will say so and explain why, and we will offer the print’s owner a replacement clip from the same event when one exists.
